Schedule:  Side Events          (1) Thursday, April 25  Blitz Championships 1: p.m.

(2) Bughouse Championships 6 p.m.

(Side Events fees: $10 per player if sent in advance (by April 5); $20 if entering at site. Also Blitz and/or Bughouse players may request a ½ point bye in a round of their choice, IF requested in advance.)

Main Event Rounds  

            Friday: 1 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.;   Saturday:  9 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.;

            Sunday:            9 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.


Opening Ceremony       12:30 p.m. Friday;    Awards Ceremony   approx. 7 p.m. Sunday;

Coaches’/Parents Mtg  11 a.m. Saturday;    USCF Scholastic Mtg  3 p.m. Saturday; 

Tnmt Feedback Mtg     9:30 a.m. Sunday


INDIVIDUAL PRIZES for Top 25 players in each section.  Additional class trophies in each section. EVERY player receives a medal.


TEAM PRIZES to Top 25 teams, plus plaques to four players and coach of the top five teams in each section


Time Control: 25 moves in 60 minutes, followed by “Sudden Death” (SD) in 60 minutes, (Game in 90 in K section of Elementary Tournament)


Entry Fees: Elementary: $30 advance if postmarked by April 5; $60 if postmarked by April 12; and $70 if postmarked after April 12 or if you register on-site.  (NOTE: Any advance entries that do not include the player’s name and/or fees will not be accepted!)


NOTE: USCF membership is required.  When registering, must supply the USCF ID number and Expiration Date.  Annual dues for Scholastic age (age 14 and under) is $13.  Youth dues (age 19 and under) is $20 per year.
